Bulk has offices and facilities in 3 locations. Colchester, Essex the home to their UK manufacturing and logistics facility while the London HQ in Liverpool Street hosts Marketing, eCommerce and Creative teams. They have also recently expanded globally to open a manufacturing and logistics facility in Wroclaw, Poland.
Starting as a team of two people, the business has constantly grown in size. The Bulk team is now made up of over 250 people.

Attracting and recruiting candidates for strategic positions to start up the manufacturing operation in
Poland to support Bulk’s ambitious EU growth targets.
Objective:
Bulk had no local HR presence and limited knowledge about the Polish labour market. Before commencing any activities, HR GO Recruitment Manager - Dominik Kostecki who was living also in the UK for 12 years presented a full market intelligence report including country specifics, salaries breakdown, candidates availability, competitors benchmark and recommendation about recruitment strategy. It was really important for the key stakeholders in the UK to fully understand how recruitment and associated processes would differ in Poland to ensure the best experience for Bulk teammates and candidates.
We delivered a dedicated full recruitment service to our client and assigned a Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Specialist to provide following services:

Bulk started recruitment at the beginning of 2021. By 2022 we have delivered and successfully recruited candidates for the following roles starting with: Production Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Assistant, People Assistant, AP Assistant, Finance Control Manager, People Manager.
